The role

Simmons Adaptive, the flexible resourcing team for Simmons & Simmons, is seeking an interim Data Privacy Lawyer for their Technology practice in London. This transactional role is for a qualified lawyer with specific data privacy experience, including conducting DPIAs and managing data subject requests.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer with data privacy experience

Previously worked within a financial services client

Experience conducting DPIAs and vendor DDQ reviews

Experience managing data subject requests, data loss events and privacy-related HR advisory matters

Experience supporting the development of privacy frameworks

Problem solver and offer a collaborative approach

Able to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team

Required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK
