The role
Reed Smith is seeking a Senior Restructuring and Insolvency Associate for their Dubai office. This role is for an experienced lawyer to join the Restructuring & Insolvency practice group and focus on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
What you'll do
- Advise on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters
- Manage complex cases and transactions
- Work closely with clients and other stakeholders
What we're looking for
Proven experience in Restructuring and Insolvency law
Experience advising on contentious and non-contentious restructurings
Experience with cross-border insolvency matters
