What you'll do

• Manage global and domestic trade mark portfolios and provide related advice
• Work alongside IP dispute and litigation specialists
• Provide strategic filing, clearance and prosecution advice
• Provide enforcement advice
• Handle oppositions and non-use proceedings
• Get involved in business development activities, including industry programs and strategic networking
