The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking an experienced IP Lawyer with 4-7 years of PQE to join their Sydney-based Intellectual Property team. The role involves advising on and acting in IP disputes, including copyright, patent, trade mark, and design matters, with exposure to Federal and High Court proceedings.
What you'll do
- Advise and act in copyright, patent, trade mark and design disputes
- Work on Federal Court and High Court proceedings
- Partner with clients ranging from innovative startups to global financial institutions and industry leaders in tech, life sciences, media and FMCG
What we're looking for
4-7 PQE lawyer
Experience in Litigation and/or Intellectual Property
Academically strong
Experience working with clients who are on the forefront of change and transformation
Interested in innovative, market-moving clients, including science, technology, and media
Ideally with a science or technical background· nice to have
