The role
Pinsent Masons is seeking a Corporate Senior Associate with 4-6 years of PQE for its London office. This role focuses on M&A and joint venture transactions within the Energy and Resources sector, with a specific emphasis on oil and gas.

- Work on high-quality M&A and joint venture transactions in the Energy and Resources sector
- Work closely with experienced senior corporate partners on complex M&A and joint venture transactions
- Contribute to work that is important to our clients and the wider sector
What we're looking for
4-6 years PQE
Strong corporate experience within a City, international or leading regional practice
Strong technical skills
Sound commercial judgement
Genuine interest in working closely with clients
Experience in the oil and gas sector
Strong experience in M&A and joint venture transactions
At least 4 years’ PQE gained within an international law firm, City firm or leading corporate practice
