The role
This is an interim Legal Consultant role within A&O Shearman's Funds practice group in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for lawyers with 7 years of PQE. The role offers opportunities to work on diverse assignments, providing legal advice and support.
What you'll do
- Advising on the structuring and operation of investment funds, including private equity, real estate and hedge funds
- Providing advisory services on the structuring, establishment, and ongoing management of investment funds
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory authorities to ensure that all fund activities and regulatory matters are fully compliant with the requirements of the UAE Central Bank and the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)
What we're looking for

Experience in funds, asset management, and financial services
Recent in-house legal experience within a financial institution· nice to have
