The role
Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior M&A / Private Equity Lawyer with 5-7 years of experience for their Dubai, United Arab Emirates office. This role is for an experienced corporate lawyer to advise on major M&A and private equity transactions in the Middle East.
What you'll do
- Handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A, and PE transactions across the Middle East
- Take responsibility for and manage transactions
- Work closely with clients and other lawyers
- Mentor junior associates
What we're looking for
5-7 years post-qualified M&A and private equity experience
Proven track record of acting or leading on M&A and Private Equity transactions
Previous experience working in a top tier international law firm
First class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach
Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
Exceptional results throughout academic history
Fluency in Arabic language· nice to have
