Lawyer to Associate, Workplace

The role

Sparke Helmore is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 1-4 years of experience in Employment law to join their Workplace team in Adelaide. This role will focus on advising and representing employers on a broad range of workplace matters.

What you'll do

• Advise and represent employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including WHS, unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, bullying and harassment claims
• Gain exposure to matters before various courts and tribunals, with opportunities to appear and develop your advocacy skills
• Assist with internal and external workplace investigations and workplace health and safety matters
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across our national Workplace team and other practice groups to deliver cohesive, strategic outcomes for clients
• Benefit from exceptional client relationships, including opportunities to work onsite with clients through regular secondments, enhancing your commercial understanding and industry exposure
