The role
HWLE Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate for their Workplace Relations & Safety team in Brisbane. This role is for an experienced employment lawyer who will advise a diverse client base on a full spectrum of workplace matters and contribute to the practice's growth.
What you'll do
- Advise a diverse client base including Australia's leading employers, government bodies and statutory corporations across all sectors
- Contribute to the full spectrum of workplace matters
- Be actively involved in intricate and high-level investigations
- Mentor junior team members
What we're looking for
Proven experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
Broad expertise in advising on employment issues
Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build client relationships, lead matters, and work collaboratively with colleagues, including mentoring junior team members
Full working rights in Australia
A valid practising certificate
General litigation experience· nice to have
