The role
Hall & Wilcox is seeking an experienced mid-level Employment Lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE to join their busy Employment team in Melbourne. The role will focus on advising national and international employers on contentious and non-contentious employment and industrial relations matters.
What you'll do
- Provide legal support to Partners on matters relating to employment law and industrial relation matters
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex legal concepts, and creatively applying legal knowledge to client situations to provide solutions to problems
- Draft legal documents, advices and handle multiple matters at any one time
- Maintain high level of communication with clients regarding progress of matters
- Work as part of a talented team on large and complex litigation matters including restraints litigation, general protections, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims
- Discovery of documents and preparation of lists of documents
What we're looking for
