Senior Associate / Special Counsel - Banking & Finance at Norton Rose Fulbright

The role

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Associate/Special Counsel for their Banking & Finance team in Melbourne. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 4+ years of PQE, focusing on a diverse range of high-quality banking and finance transactions.

What you'll do

Advise on structured finance and securitisation
Advise on corporate and acquisition finance
Advise on real estate investment and development finance
Advise on private debt and special situations
Advise on carbon funding structures
Advise on receivables, trade, supply chain and asset based lending

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience working on banking and finance transactions gained at a reputable national or international law firm, or in-house at a leading financial institution

Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail, commitment to quality and good work ethic

Ability to work independently and also as a part of a team with multiple partners within the group

Ability to build and grow a network and assist with business development and marketing initiatives

At least 4+ years post qualification experience
