The role
Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking a Loans Lawyer with 5+ years of experience to join their Finance practice in London. This role is within the firm's flexible resourcing platform, Reach, and focuses on managing mid-market loan processes.
What you'll do
- Run a mid-market loans process from start to finish, working independently and managing timelines, documentation and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with the wider TM team
