The role

Simmons & Simmons Adaptive is seeking a mid-senior level Structured Products/Finance Lawyer for their Finance practice in London. This role is for qualified lawyers with experience in structured products or structured finance, and offers the opportunity to work with the firm's clients with the support of Simmons & Simmons.

What we're looking for

Qualified lawyer

Strong experience with structured products or structured finance

Ideal experience working with crypto, digital assets and tokenisation

Ideally a strong private practice background

Problem solver and collaborative approach

Ability to work in a dynamic and fast moving environment

Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines

Excellent organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workloads

Ability to work autonomously but also collaborate as part of the wider team
