The role

Winston Taylor is looking for a Complex Commercial Litigation Mid-Level Associate to join their Miami office. This role requires 3+ years of experience in general litigation within a top-tier law firm or as a Federal Court judicial clerk.

What you'll do

Coordinate matters through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial
Manage all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases
Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions

What we're looking for

3+ years of broad-based, general litigation experience in a top-tier law firm or similar experience as a Federal Court judicial clerk

Strong writing, research, and case management skills

Experience coordinating matters in Florida State and Federal courts through all phases of litigation

Experience managing all aspects of discovery in large, high-stakes cases

Experience taking and defending depositions

Experience drafting and arguing motions

Excellent academic credentials

Strong organization, analytical, writing, and verbal skills

Professional working proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

Admitted to the Florida State Bar
