JD 2020 – JD 2023 Experience managing the day-to-day aspects of litigation, including drafting motions, briefs and discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, and conducting legal research and preparing memoranda on substantive and procedural issues Currently licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of Washington Resume, law school transcript, and writing sample submitted with application
The role
Arnold & Porter is looking for a mid to senior-level Complex Litigation Associate in their Seattle office. This role is within the Litigation Practice Group and is suitable for attorneys with experience managing litigation from JD 2020-2023.
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of litigation
- Draft motions, briefs and discovery requests
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive and procedural issues
What we're looking for
