The role

Cooley is seeking a 3rd-5th year Associate Attorney for their Employment & Labor practice group in Boston. This role will focus on employment counseling related to statutory and regulatory compliance, executive employment agreements, and the employment aspects of M&A transactions.

What we're looking for

Three to five years of broad experience and sophistication in employment counseling

Experience with statutory and regulatory compliance

Experience with executive employment and separation agreements

Experience with employment dimensions of M&A transactions

Strong academic credentials

Strong communication skills

Some litigation experience is a plus· nice to have
