The role
Kingsley Napley is seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate with 0-4 PQE to join their busy litigation team in London. This role involves advising clients on complex claimant clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on complex claimant clinical negligence and personal injury claims
- Undertake case work on liability, causation and quantum issues
- Adhere to procedural and funding guidelines and limit
- Contribute to the department’s and firm’s marketing efforts
- Identify and develop new potential sources of referral
- Maintain and develop links with existing referrers of work
- Raise your own, the department’s and the firm’s profile
What we're looking for
0-4 years of experience in clinical negligence
