The role
Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a Senior Associate for their Corporate M&A practice in Brisbane, Australia. This role will involve advising on complex, high-value M&A transactions globally and supporting private capital clients, working closely with Partner Melissa Swain-Tonkin.
What you'll do
- Deliver highly successful outcomes in M&A for leading listed and private companies and financial sponsors across diverse sectors including financial services, energy & resources and infrastructure
- Play a crucial role supporting a range of private capital clients, including offshore private equity funds and trading houses on their Australian investments
- Advise on acquisition and divestment structures, corporate restructures and joint ventures, as well as strategic alliances
