The role
King & Spalding is seeking a mid-level Associate with 3-5 years of experience for its Corporate/ECVC/M&A practice. This role will focus on emerging company, venture capital, and technology M&A transactions and is open to candidates based in Washington D.C. (Northern Virginia is listed as a location, but DC is given as primary), Miami, or Silicon Valley.
