The role
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Lateral Associate for its M&A and Private Equity practice in Washington D.C. This role is for associates with 2-5 years of experience, focusing on advising corporate clients and private equity funds on a range of transactional matters.
What you'll do
- Advise corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, other similar transactions and general corporate matters
