The role
Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks a highly qualified midlevel associate for its Corporate & Business Transactions practice group, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity. This role is for candidates with 3-5 years of law firm experience in these transactional areas and is available in Boston, Hartford, or Houston.
What we're looking for
Three to five years of law firm experience in Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity transactions
Experience drafting and negotiating transaction agreements
Excellent academic credentials
Strong organizational skills
Strong drafting skills
Strong analytical skills
Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying
