The role

Thomson Geer is seeking a Lawyer with 2-4 years of PQE to join their Real Estate practice group in Melbourne. This role will focus on property transactions, including leasing, sales, acquisitions, and developments.

What you'll do

Work on property transactions including commercial office, industrial and retail leasing
Handle property sales and acquisitions
Manage land titling and subdivisions
Engage in property development including the plan' sales for commercial, residential and mixed-use developments
Work closely with established Partners and a large team across a wide variety of property transactions

What we're looking for

2-4 years PAE

Strong property experience gained in a corporate law firm environment, including in relation to developments, leasing and transactions

Strong familiarity with PEXA and Duties Online

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen

A high level of attention to detail

The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
