Residential Development Associate

The role

This role is for an Associate Solicitor with 3-5 years of PQE within the Residential Development Unit, focusing on complex and large-scale land acquisitions, collaboration agreements, disposals, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration for housebuilders and developers. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside leading partners and learn from experienced professionals in a market-leading team.

What you'll do

• Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions from household names across England and Wales
• Manage collaboration agreements between developers
• Oversee disposals of services parcels
• Facilitate funding arrangements
• Manage strategic options
• Work on urban regeneration projects
