Residential Development Associate at Gateley

The role

Gateley is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years of PQE for its Manchester office. This role will focus on complex and large-scale land acquisitions and related matters within the firm's leading Residential Development Unit.

What you'll do

Work alongside some of the biggest names within house building as well as niche developers
Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions from household names across England and Wales
Manage collaboration agreements between developers
Manage disposals of services parcels
Manage funding arrangements
Manage strategic options
Handle urban regeneration

What we're looking for

Associate with 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience

Experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous

Skilled commercial development Solicitors who have a keen interest in residential work
