The role

Weightmans is seeking an exceptional Motor Partner to join their Litigation practice in Liverpool. This role is for an experienced individual who will manage their own caseload, contribute to the Motor Leadership Team, and mentor colleagues.

What you'll do

• Manage and service your own caseload and client portfolio, ensuring excellence in delivery
• Play a pivotal role in the Motor Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction and innovation
• Collaborate across disciplines to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction
• Provide insight through articles and training
• Mentor and inspire colleagues, helping to build the next generation of talent
