The role
Weightmans is seeking an experienced Motor Partner with 8+ years of PQE to join their Transportation and Insurance practice groups in Birmingham, Leeds, or Liverpool. This role involves managing a caseload, contributing to the Motor Leadership Team's strategy, and mentoring colleagues.

- Manage and service your own caseload and client portfolio, ensuring excellence in delivery
- Play a pivotal role in the Motor Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction and innovation
- Collaborate across disciplines to drive growth, efficiency, and client satisfaction
- Provide insight through articles and training
- Mentor and inspire colleagues, helping to build the next generation of talent
