Associate / Senior Associate - Insurance Fraud

The role

DWF is looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join their Insurance Fraud team in Liverpool, Manchester, or Birmingham. This role focuses on handling complex, high-value fraud litigation for major insurers and clients.

What you'll do

• Take the lead on complex and high-value fraud litigation, including fraudulent EL/PL claims, staged accidents, organised fraud rings and complex personal injury disputes
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development
• Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice
• Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Insurance Fraud practice
• Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters
