Senior Associate / Legal Director - Public Procurement

The role

DWF is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director with extensive knowledge of public procurement law to join their Regulatory practice in Manchester, Birmingham, or Leeds. This role will focus on advising central and local government, public bodies, and strategic suppliers on procurement strategy and implementation.

What you'll do

• Advise on procurement strategy and procurement implementation
• Prepare procurement documents and notices to ensure compliant procurements
• Advise on direct award procedures, lawful modification of existing contracts, and Procurement Act 2023 enquiries
• Advise clients on all aspects of procurement law and the procurement lifecycle
• Write articles, present webinars, and conduct training on procurement law as an active member of the Procurement Centre of Excellence
