The role
Sparke Helmore is seeking a Lawyer to Associate with 1+ years of experience to join their Public Sector practice group in Brisbane or Perth. This role will focus on complex administrative and regulatory matters, working with partners Ben Dubé and Matthew Hawker.
What you'll do
- Advise on complex and challenging administrative and regulatory matters
- Be involved in regular advocacy work in Federal Courts and the Administrative Review Tribunal
What we're looking for
At least 12 months experience in a well-regarded litigation practice
Experience in administrative or public law with merits review, judicial review, or regulatory law exposure
Solid grounding and demonstrated interest in administrative law
Advocacy experience in Tribunals and / or Federal Courts· nice to have
