Regulatory Healthcare Solicitor or Senior Associate

The role

Weightmans is seeking a Regulatory Healthcare Solicitor or Senior Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join their Health Law and Regulatory practice in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This role focuses on advising healthcare organisations and professionals on complex regulatory matters, including inquests, CQC investigations, and wider healthcare regulatory issues.

What you'll do

• Manage a case load of files
• Attend Inquest hearings at court, including travel
• Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
• Meetings with clients and witnesses in preparation for court hearings
• Work in accordance with Weightmans’ values
