The role
Mason Hayes & Curran is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Health & Prosecutions team in Dublin. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 4+ PQE, focusing on healthcare law, child protection, and regulatory prosecutions, including court advocacy.
What you'll do
- Advise on healthcare law
- Advise on child protection law
- Advise on regulatory prosecutions
- Develop tailored legal training programmes, workshops and webinars for professionals
- Conduct own advocacy in the courts
What we're looking for
4+ PQE in related practice area
Qualified as a solicitor in Ireland, England or Wales
Team player who can work with different teams and lawyers across the firm
Ability to deliver legal training where required
Keen to progress their career in a growing international firm
Experience with litigation
Experience with child protection work
Experience with healthcare in the field of mental health, wards of court and disability
Experience with prosecutions
Court advocacy preferred but not essential· nice to have
