Senior Solicitor - Regulatory Healthcare

The role

Weightmans is seeking a solicitor with 4-10 years of PQE to join their expanding Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team. This role will focus on managing inquest caseloads for NHS clients, care homes, and other organisations, with potential involvement in broader healthcare advisory work.

What you'll do

• Manage a case load of files
• Attend Inquest hearings at court, including travel
• Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
• Meetings with clients and witnesses in preparation for court hearings
