Senior Solicitor - Regulatory Healthcare at Weightmans

The role

Weightmans is seeking a Senior Solicitor with 4-10+ years of PQE to join their Regulatory Healthcare Advisory team. This role will focus on managing a caseload of inquest files for NHS clients, care homes, and other organisations, primarily based in the North West but with potential for national travel. It is suitable for solicitors with experience in health law and regulatory matters.

What you'll do

Manage a case load of files
Attend Inquest hearings at court, including travel
Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
Meetings with clients and witnesses in preparation for court hearings

What we're looking for

Qualified solicitor 4-10yr PQE

Advocacy experience

A willingness to develop advocacy skills
