Associate Solicitor - Medical Negligence

The role

An Associate Solicitor role within Irwin Mitchell's leading Medical Negligence team in Birmingham. This role requires 4+ years of PQE and focuses on managing a caseload of clinical negligence matters, assisting senior colleagues with complex claims, and providing compassionate legal advice to clients.

What you'll do

• Manage own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients
• Assist senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims on both liability and quantum
• Deliver consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service
• Positively and actively contribute to business development
