Associate/Senior Associate

The role

Kennedys is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join their Insurance and Litigation practice in London. This role will focus on advising clients on complex contentious and advisory matters within financial lines, casualty, and political risk insurance.

What you'll do

• Advise insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues and disputes across financial lines and political risk policies
• Handle complex warranties & indemnity (W&I) insurance claims, including policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and litigation or arbitration strategy
• Manage high-value and cross-border disputes involving casualty and financial risks
• Provide strategic advice to clients throughout the lifecycle of claims and disputes
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers within the team
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the practice
