The role
Kennedys is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of PQE to join their Health Law practice in Birmingham or Sheffield, focusing on private healthcare and clinical negligence defense.
What you'll do
- Manage high-stakes claims, often involving sensitive and high-profile matters
- Provide detailed advice on medical insurance coverage, health law, and regulatory matters
- Represent clients at inquests and judicial reviews
What we're looking for
