The role
Kennedys is seeking an NQ+ Associate to join its Insurance and Litigation practice in Edinburgh. This role focuses on advising insurers on policy coverage and handling complex coverage disputes.
What you'll do
- Advise insurers on policy coverage and indemnity issues
- Draft detailed coverage opinions across multiple lines of business
- Act in declaratory proceedings and coverage litigation
- Support claims teams on strategic and commercial decision-making
- Work closely with leading coverage specialists on UK-wide and international matters
