The role
Mills & Reeve is seeking a Senior/Principal Associate with 5+ years of PQE in Life Sciences for their Oxford office. This role is for an experienced commercial solicitor to work within a large, specialist sector practice focusing on various life sciences and technology-based clients.
What you'll do
- Advise on IP licensing and partnering transactions
- Advise on clinical trial arrangements
- Advise on research collaborations
- Advise on promotional arrangements
- Advise on other commercial contracts (including supply and manufacturing transactions)
- Advise on IP advisory and protection
- Advise on regulatory issues in life sciences
- Advise on data protection
- Advise on due diligence for corporate and broader commercial transactions relating to life sciences
What we're looking for
