Associate - Agribusiness

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking an Associate with NQ+ experience to join their Real Estate Agribusiness practice in Cambridge. This role involves advising a diverse client base on a broad range of complex agricultural property transactions and matters.

What you'll do

• Advise on investment sales and purchases, as well as development projects for corporate and institutional landowners, landed estates and charitable organisations
• Advise on sale and purchase of agricultural land, farms and estates
• Advise on acquisition and disposal of equine properties
• Advise on agricultural and business tenancies
• Advise on farming partnerships
• Advise on renewable energy projects (solar, wind and BESS) for landowners
• Advise on mineral leases
• Advise on refinancing transactions for landowners and rural businesses
• Work directly with clients and agents
• Offer a stimulating and varied caseload
• Build long-lasting, trusted relationships
