Employment Counsel

The role

Mills & Reeve is seeking an Employment Counsel with 2-5 years of experience for their Advocacy Unit. This role will focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy and advisory work, representing leading organisations across various sectors in Birmingham, Cambridge, or Leeds.

What you'll do

• Lead Employment Tribunal hearings
• Deliver strategic advice
• Represent leading brands nationwide
• Handle preliminary and final hearings
• Drafting and advisory work
• Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external clients
• Have a sound understanding of clients' legal, commercial and service requirements
• Have effective client relationship and client service skills
• Deliver high quality and commercially focussed advice
