The role
Mills & Reeve is seeking an Associate - Employment with 2-4 years of PQE to join their highly regarded Manchester team. This role will involve managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, working alongside experienced partners Sara Barrett and Danielle Ingham.
What you'll do
- Manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Lead and progress Employment Tribunal cases with appropriate supervision
- Provide practical, commercial employment law advice to clients
- Assist with the delivery of client training, seminars and legal updates
- Build strong relationships with clients and develop your profile in the market
- Contribute to business development activities and help identify new opportunities
What we're looking for
2-4 years' PQE
Experience gained in a reputable firm with a substantive employment law practice
Proactive and commercially minded lawyer
Strong interpersonal skills
