Senior/Managing Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution / Pensions Litigation

The role

An experienced Senior or Managing Associate with a minimum of 3 years PQE and specialist pensions litigation expertise is sought to join the market-leading Commercial Dispute Resolution team. This permanent, full-time role, offered on a hybrid-working basis, involves managing a portfolio of disputes and supporting a Legal 500 Leading Partner.

What you'll do

• Advise a broad range of clients on a variety of commercial dispute resolution matters involving litigation, arbitration and mediation
• Provide specialist pensions litigation support
• Collaborate closely with the Partners and wider team nationwide, as well as our national Pensions team
• Take an active role in business development initiatives, including preparing pitches and tenders, providing training and building client relationships
• Take an active role with supervision, development and mentoring of junior team members
• Manage your own portfolio of disputes (with Partner oversight as required)
