The role
A Property Litigation lawyer is sought to join the Real Estate group at Stevens & Bolton, a leading South East practice. This role is ideal for an experienced lawyer looking to handle a broad range of property litigation matters for diverse clients, supported by a collaborative team and firm resources.
What you'll do
- Handle the full scope of property litigation work including commercial landlord and tenant matters, development disputes, easements, covenants and boundary disputes, land ownership claims, and insolvency matters with a property angle
- Conduct litigation in the High Court and County Court as well as the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber)
- Engage in mediations and other forms of ADR

Understanding of Court and Tribunal work and of the different procedural stages of litigation
