The role

This role is for an experienced Employment lawyer with 5-8 years of PQE to join a top-ranked Employment team. The lawyer will provide technical legal expertise, deliver excellent client service, build relationships, and contribute to business development.

Provide technical legal expertise

What we're looking for

5 to 8 years’ post-qualification experience in an Employment team

Deep technical knowledge of most of the employment areas listed

Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable with taking responsibility for work output

Comfortable working autonomously

Comfortable dealing directly with clients

Experience supervising junior lawyers· nice to have

Examples of marketing and business development initiatives they have been involved with· nice to have
