Senior Associate

The role

Lewis Silkin is seeking an experienced Employment lawyer with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience to join their top-ranked Employment team. The role involves providing technical legal expertise, delivering excellent client service, building relationships within the firm, and contributing to business development, supporting a wide range of UK and multinational clients.

What you'll do

• Provide technical legal expertise
• Build on current knowledge and proactively improve advising skills
• Analyse legal information to solve problems and formulate arguments or strategy relevant to clients’ needs
• Use initiative to proactively manage work
• Provide regular and appropriate updates to stakeholders
