Senior Associate - Front End, Construction & Infrastructure - Sydney

The role

HWLE Lawyers is seeking a Senior Associate for its Sydney Construction & Infrastructure practice. This role is for an experienced lawyer with 39+ years of post-qualification experience, focusing on front-end construction law and infrastructure projects.

What you'll do

• Prepare and negotiate construction contracts and consultant agreements
• Advise developers, schools and government clients (at all levels) on procurement strategies and project delivery models
• Draft tender documentation and contract suites
• Support complex private and public sector developments
• Provide strategic project advice and help clients resolve issues in real time
• Work directly with clients and key project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to a collaborative team environment
