Associate, Antitrust/Competition at White & Case

The role

White & Case is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of PQE in Antitrust/Competition law to join their Sydney office. This role will focus on advising clients on a broad range of competition and consumer law matters, including merger clearance, cartel investigations, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

Undertake merger analysis in Australia, across APAC and across the world
Prepare merger clearance submissions/applications in Australia and across the APAC region
Advise on the competition law implications of supply chains, collaborations and other alliances
Advise clients on all aspects of competition and consumer law matters, including cartel conduct, misuse of market power, anti-competitive arrangements, concerted practices, misleading and deceptive, unconscionable conduct, and other consumer protection matters
Respond to ACCC investigations across all competition and consumer related matters
Advise on access regimes and regulation of monopoly infrastructure
Advise on and obtain clearance for foreign investment
Contribute to the growth and development of the practice
