The role
Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Corporate Advisory Lawyer with 5+ years of M&A experience in Sydney, Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work with top partners on significant transactions within a market-leading M&A group.
What you'll do
- Work with some of Australia’s top M&A partners on high-profile and market-leading private and public transactions
- Learn and develop both legal and non-legal skills
- Develop strong relationships with clients
What we're looking for
At least 5+ years' experience in an M&A or Corporate Advisory practice
