Construction Associate at Osborne Clarke

The role

An Associate role within the non-contentious construction team based in Bristol or London. This role is for an ambitious lawyer with experience in non-contentious construction matters, seeking an opportunity to grow their practice within a highly regarded and expanding team.

What you'll do

Advise on nationally important infrastructure projects
Negotiate complex construction contracts
Work alongside other advisers
Work closely with contentious construction, major projects, energy, commercial real estate, banking and project finance teams

What we're looking for

Experience of non-contentious construction matters

Versatile and able to work across a range of different matters and sectors

Highly motivated and interested in getting involved in a broad range of work

Good project management skills

Experience in General UK domestic development work· nice to have

Experience in Energy, Renewables and Power· nice to have

Experience in PFI/PPP projects· nice to have
