The role
This role is for a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions team in Sydney, focusing on high-value real assets and private capital transactions. The individual will work closely with practice leader David Eliakim and partner Daniel Natale, driving complex deals and engaging directly with clients.
What you'll do
- Work on complex public and private M&A transactions including cross-border deals
- Structure and deliver fund formations, restructures and capital raisings
- Advise on listed and unlisted transactions
- Manage client relationships and coordinate teams
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers
