The role
Gateley is seeking a Legal Director or Senior Associate for their Real Estate practice in Guildford, United Kingdom. This role is for an experienced professional with at least 5 years of PQE, focusing on residential development and land acquisition.
What you'll do
- Work alongside some of the biggest names within house building as well as niche developers
- Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions from household names across England and Wales
- Manage collaboration agreements between developers
- Oversee disposals of services parcels
- Handle funding arrangements
- Manage strategic options
- Work on urban regeneration matters
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience
