Residential Development Legal Director or Senior Associate

The role

This role is for a Legal Director or Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years of PQE to work within the Residential Development Unit, focusing on complex and large-scale land acquisitions from major housebuilders across England and Wales. The position offers an opportunity to collaborate with national and regional housebuilders and learn from market leaders Delphine Mehouas and Brian Dowling.

What you'll do

• Work alongside housebuilders and niche developers
• Handle complex and large-scale land acquisitions from household names across England and Wales
• Manage collaboration agreements between developers
• Process disposals of services parcels
• Manage funding arrangements
• Handle strategic options
• Work on urban regeneration projects
