The role
Weightmans is seeking an experienced Employment Partner or Senior Associate with 5+ years of PQE to join their Tier 1 ranked Education team. This role focuses on leading and growing the firm's employment advisory services within the education sector across Birmingham, Leeds, or Leicester.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow employment offerings within the education sector
- Advise universities, FE colleges, academies, and education bodies
- Handle complex and meaningful employment matters within the education landscape
