The role
Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking a Real Estate Lawyer with 3+ years of PQE to join their Public Law and Projects Team. This role will focus on a broad range of real estate transactions with a public sector element, working on complex development and infrastructure schemes, energy-related projects, and PFI projects. The position is based in Leeds, Newcastle, or Southampton and is suitable for candidates seeking full or part-time work on a hybrid basis.
What you'll do
- Focus on a broad range of real estate transactions with a public sector element
- Work on matters including large-scale development and infrastructure schemes
- Engage on energy-related projects, including heat networks, and PFI projects
- Take into account procurement, subsidy and other issues
- Contribute to business development activities by supporting local client events, contributing to firm reputation and identifying opportunities
- Help guide and mentor less experienced members of the team
- Help contribute to shared knowledge and expertise in this specialist area
- Build and maintain strong relationships directly with clients
What we're looking for
